I only read 169 chapters for now and i can tell it is a good novel
Certainly, the novel's prologue draws evident inspiration from the French Revolution, albeit with a somewhat稚嫩的 portrayal, akin to impulsive children without fully grasping the consequences. I'll refrain from divulging further details. The characters, on the other hand, feel more authentic as individuals navigating and experiencing life within their world.
The protagonist, unfortunately, comes across as rather naive, raising questions about how he managed to secure his position at a seemingly sinister organization – I won't delve into that aspect. At times, it feels like his innocence almost derails the narrative, which could have been more compelling if balanced differently.
I've been looking forward to this for a while, but my excitement fell flat when my expectations didn't align with reality. The main issue I have is that the protagonist is a one-dimensional fraud. He lacks redeeming qualities, and certainly isn't intelligent – that would be necessary for a compelling story like this. He often blurts things out when he shouldn't, leading to comical misunderstandings.
However, that wasn't the deciding factor for me. The story seems to cater mainly to those who enjoy the cliché of an underpowered main character perceived as a divine hero. As far as I've read, our protagonist fits that mold. He tries to get fit and shed pounds, but that's it.
The reliance on his time-stop ability in every fight is a plus – it has limitations and cooldown, which prevents overuse. But it's ineffective if the main character remains weak. He admits that his ability is useless unless he possesses enough strength to overpower enemies. Initially, I hoped the narrative would focus on his gradual strength-building.
Instead, it appears he's quickly advancing to become a candidate for the Royal Knights, an elite group believed to be composed solely of the best from each nation or race. Since there are currently no human members, his supposed OP status makes him a contender.
The pace of events feels rushed, not allowing the MC to develop or significantly improve. It's like putting an early Dragon Ball Z Krillin in the Tournament of Power. The story seems to lean heavily on the time-stop power rather than the protagonist's growth.
With just 19 chapters, it's hard to gauge the full value, but after reading up to the latest available, the protagonist still relies on his time-stop to defend himself. I won't call the story bad; it's subjective. Good translation and consistent updates are commendable.

165. His feeling for a particular lady, for the last couple of chapters, have jumped me out of the blue. Jealousy is such an ugly little thing. It's so f***ing weird, this infatuation of his. It's got him making dumb decisions, eyeing a place beyond his budget, just to be close to her. Why must there be an element of romance in this novel? Please don't be a simp.
Novel is really good but the grammatical error is so annoying.. will there be correction or going to like this till the end???

Personally, I haven't found one redeeming quality in Daniel to understand why Nora would even be in love with him. But the book is entertaining.
