"Nice job." Harry said with a smile. He attempted to pat Jasper on the back but he immediately moved as if dodging a knife, glancing at Harry coldly. Everyone was quiet for a second before Jasper broke the silence. "Sorry, I'm not used to people congratulating me." Everyone began cheering again to encourage Jasper, but Harry saw Jasper's face when he moved. He was petrified, not startled. Harry kept this to himself however. He didn't want Rebecca to even slightly know about this. Harry had worked hard to make Rebecca's strange life seem normal, and he wasn't going to jeopardize that now. So for now, he played it cool, but if that kid said anything, there would be problems.
He took a step closer, his cheek against my cheek. Lips just barely touching my ear, "strip little girl." I pushed him back and saw a tiny smirk across his face.
"I don't care about that crap! She was my prey; how dare you steal it!" Skin bellowed as many thunder spheres started circulating him, all aimed at Bao who still had the same face as if nothing happened to begin with.

It is almost normal for captured pokemon to abandon their owners when they are neutralized and they are dominated by fear but instead, their pokemon tried to defend him and they succeeded.
Great twists! I love the bravery of the writer to explore other directions than the boring repeated ones. I hopes he continue diligently. Also, please expand when it comes to world building/kingdom building/ business/ intelligence gathering and so on.. Moreover, the story can be developed to show that dragon realm is but a small realm compared to the original world !!!
