Well, this is my first or second VRMMO novel, so you might call me a VR newbie. I don't particularly enjoy this genre, but as a novice, I found this novel quite enjoyable so far.
What bothers me, though, is the childishness of some of the dialogue or interactions between the main character (MC) and other characters. The MC refers to himself as an "old man," but some of his inner thoughts sound more like those of a 10-year-old, which can break the immersion.
For example, there's a scene where a tsundere character sends him a friend request. She explains it in her typical messy way, and these are his thoughts:

This might seem exaggerated, but after a few instances, it starts to become bothersome.

In summary, I recommend this to beginners in the genre.
Fluffy and low on drama, I highly recommend this novel for when you want to relax or pass some time. The story focuses on the family dynamics of the main character. Her interactions with her children are incredibly endearing. The ending is also very satisfying, as they are all reunited—spoiler alert: including the supposed father. However, I must emphasize that there is no romantic element between them; only their past is revealed.
This isn't really a conventional novel; it reads more like the naive daydreams of a 12-year-old Japanese boy. It leans heavily into harem fantasy, with subpar writing (whether due to the translator or the original source, I'm indifferent). Unfortunately, the storytelling fails to engage, lacking humor, suspense, well-written action sequences, and meaningful character interactions. People shouldn't come in expecting much from the premise, but I had hoped for a hidden gem – alas, it didn't deliver. For these reasons, I've given it two stars instead of one.
Upon further reading, I've reconsidered my review. However, I still stand by my rating of 2/5 for the following reasons:
1. The main character (MC) possesses immense power but often behaves childishly, blushing at women and relying more on impulse than logic, which is inconsistent with his supposed strength.
2. His lack of resilience to peer or social pressure demonstrates an immature character that lacks composure. This aspect makes for strained comedy, likely catering to a younger audience unfamiliar with a broader range of literature.
3. The plot is highly unrealistic, focusing on a harem theme with sexual content without any substantial development or connection between the characters. The dynamics are shallow, reducing to sporadic encounters that border on the juvenile fantasy of a 12-year-old aspiring to sexual experiences.
Masterpiece is insane…. I read it cuz it was entertaining but after the school arc, all logic went out the window to be quiet honest
More chapters are in fact available so why is the novel not being updated?
Female mc tends to be a turnoff for most. Plus the official site has the novel available for free. The other observation imo is how stupid the mc seems in the beginning, even for a kid.
