I honestly really enjoy the story initially but the further it went the more mean spirited everything became came. When its *ssh*l* who deserve it sure but it got to a point where it was just about anyone would get screwed over by the MC and its all played for laughs.
First and foremost, if you have a preference for stories with quick pacing and detest slow-building tension, this narrative might not be your cup of tea. The fact that the description mentions over 900 chapters should serve as a clear indicator, right?
Secondly, I greatly appreciate the growth and progression of the main character (MC) and the leading love interest (ML)'s relationship. The pacing struck a perfect balance for me. The character development, including the MC's interactions with others, is equally commendable. The supporting characters are intriguing as well. As for the action scenes, personally, I found them engaging and well-written – not at all dull, considering my own impatient nature. Other reviews have already provided extensive praise, so I'll leave it at that. I'm eagerly awaiting more chapters.

While demons may be portrayed as inherently evil, there was insufficient context to justify Noa's fate, considering the demon from another world mentioned earlier could be redeemable.
Furthermore, the MC's treatment of Noa, a defenseless middle school girl, as a mere plot device was reprehensible. It exemplifies a common flaw in light novels and web novels, where authors often lean towards extreme character archetypes, either overly pathetic or callous, instead of a balanced portrayal with empathy and a strong moral compass.
The lack of character growth is another issue; characters remain stagnant and unevolving, which is fine for comedies or slice-of-life stories, but when combined with unlikable characters, it becomes problematic. The underdeveloped treatment of the losing heroines further compounds the issue, reducing them to mere plot devices for cheap drama rather than meaningful character arcs.
In conclusion, the story disappoints due to its failure to address the MC's immaturity and lack of character development. If the focus had been strictly on the isekai hero's return to Earth, it might have been more enjoyable, but the unnecessary inclusion of the defeated heroines without proper development detracts from the overall experience. As it stands, I am no longer interested in exploring the rest of the narrative.
I thoroughly enjoyed this novel, and the main character (MC) was definitely my favorite. All the tags associated with him are accurate except for one - he's not antisocial; he starts off as extremely strong, cunning, and calculating, which makes him quite overpowered in a way that captivates readers. The male lead (ML) is also overpowered, but I won't delve into that.
The passion between the MC and ML is intense and highly engaging. This story has similarities to "Damned Thirst for Survival," where the connection between the characters is similar, especially in their evolving relationship. However, in "Damned Thirst for Survival," the ML had a stronger affection for the MC, expressing his feelings openly, saying things like, "I like you, I love you."
If you appreciated this novel, I'd recommend checking out "Damned Thirst for Survival," even though it doesn't have the same continuous plot as the first one, but it follows the common theme of a powerful OP MC and an equally formidable OP demon ML in a reincarnation storyline.
