This is honestly just good, The MC is not an annoying mc that always have a plan and have his emotions in control like a robot, the heroines, if you can even call them that lol because only one of them managed to get closer to the mc, have the basic personalities that you can read in every Chinese novels, the cold CEO and the likes, but the author is slowly deviating them from their roles, which is better because if they will just be another cardboard that just replaced the old ones. About the world though, it's slowly getting revealed, with forces not even the mc knows, understandably so, so the author can have more content than just the usual villain vs protagonist trope.Overall it's an amazing novel if you want an mc that's not a psychopath that wants to take everything from someone and just see everything as a trophy for him to take
The story started with a few cliches but they can be ignored as the story is very well presented. Every chapter is interesting, funny and keeps us looking for the next chapter.The writing quality is also very good, with just few minor errors every chapter or two. The story development, I feel is a bit fast but it is well balanced.Since its just the beginning of the story, we'll have to see about the character development. And since it was said that it is a parallel world similar to earth, not much details are needed for the world background.Overall, a good story with quality writing and fun and interesting to read.

The contrast between Fang Qianxue's single new outfit per year and Xu Miaoyan getting three at once from the finest tailor shop tells us everything about power dynamics without stating it outright. The Pine Sound Residence, the Lu family study, the corridors where characters cross paths—it all feels lived-in. I can picture the architecture, the clothing, the hierarchy. The Great Yong Dynasty feels real, with its laws about divorce, its official ranks, its palace politics. The author doesn't info-dump; she lets us discover the world through what characters notice and react to.

I like this novel. Unlike your typical isekai when you get isekai alone and got some cheat ability from goddess or you got system to help you get exp, this novel dont do that and Im love it. Paul and Jonathan had two different major one in mechanical-electrical engineering and one in civil engineering. Both of them were smart and succesfull engineer who got reincarnated to cover each other weakness, quite new concept I think and that is that make this novel great.Its just that I think that this novel is face paced and Im little bit disappointed because there were many storyline/arc, struggle, char development that you can write in the beginning of the story. And I think that there were something interaction that lacking between both of them. Like both of them were too easy to accept their situation. I hope that there more in their interaction. Add some drama in the beginning between them, etc.But overall its great novel I hope the author dont drop this and keep uploading
