As of Chapter 60:As someone who prefers construction to destruction, I find this book caters to my tastes. Till now, the protagonist has proven to be prudent and intelligent. Instead of mindlessly chasing his enemies and driving them into a corner, he focuses on increasing his strength and waits for them to misstep. He plays with attributes, making equipment, focusing on his trade, while handing out other matters to professionals.
Please please please edit your chapters before you submit them. Tbh I was looking forward to reading this as it has a good premise but it’s too hard to read so I just gave up. I don’t see that many other people saying anything abt the grammar or spelling so I’m guessing this will be deleted but at least try editing the first few chapters before you delete this.
I actually tried to read this novel because of INHUMAN WARLOCK, but it's not that good. why bother give them strength system, i mean he could even kill anyone with ease with his low cultivation without training he just gather qi for a few days he could easily kill someone with higher cultivation. i mean, i understand how lucky he is getting bloodline, ring, necklace, and even mask, from the start. it's like you give him what ever would make him look stronger. AUTHOR you could just gave him some cheat skill or bloodline. why bother give all luck that he could easily pick up a treasure like a cabbage. he could defeat his enemy without training why bother give so much. sigh ? I'm disappointed. i really like your other novel.

30 locked chapters is just absurd, making money is fine but these guys are just trying to milk the readers dry. Buying a complete novel in kindle would be cheaper than unlocking 30 chapters. Will be dropping this novel as I suggest others to do the same for the time being. As for the other readers, upvoting the stories just makes things worst on this site/app, save your time and energy and stop being "exploitable golden money sacks" Just a friendly opinion, best regards to all fellow daoists.
When you fish, you fight with the fish. Bigger fish would give a tougher fight, take a lot of effort and time to catch one. This fight is the reason why fishing is a sport and this is exactly what the fishers like from fishing, but you won't find this thrill of fishing here. :(
You need to shore up your grammar skills. You have a lot of missing commas, unnecessary addition of -ed, and wordy sentences. But considering you just started, it is okay. Add more sensory details; you say forest, but what about it? Your characters need more depth to them. What drives them? What weird quirks do they have? How do they deal with issues? etc...Keep writing and you will get better, just never give up!
When will the next chapters be published. It's taking too much of time can't wait ?. The story development is as such that you are bound to get glued to it.
Among cooking webnovels, this is definitely one of the better ones. Particularly in terms of world-building, this book does a much more compelling job compared to other cooking webnovels like “Gourmet Food Supplier”, “Kitchen Xiuzhen”, and “The two-faced Venerate Emperor”. It also avoids the obvious romance cliches, which makes it much more enjoyable. I personally like the poker-faced MC type with a lazy ambience, so Bu Fang is totally a cool MC from my perspective, but for other readers the MC’s lack of emotional engagement might be a serious minus (such readers may look up “Transmigrator meets Reincarnator” and “The Heartbeat at the Tip of my Tongue” as these are also great cooking novels albeit with far more emotionally invested MCs).

I need to talk about Wenya because honestly this character has completely stolen the show and I don't even know how to process it. So Wenya is this seemingly gentle, refined, indifferent-to-the-world madam who everyone probably thinks is just some decorative wife. But then we find out she drugged Gu Jianshen—not for herself, not for power, but so that Jiang Ning would have a legitimate position. A real marriage certificate, not just some concubine title. She planned this like a chess master and Gu Jianshen is only now connecting the dots. And Gu Jianshen's reaction? He doesn't rage. He doesn't punish her. He says 'dispatch more people to search for Jiang Ning's family' and basically agrees to play along until Wenya can get what she wants and leave. The man is so conflicted I can barely read him. Their conversation about what he'd do if he found his beloved wife—'I will marry her as an equal wife and spoil her for a lifetime'—and then we learn his actual wife is just a title while his real heart belongs to some dream woman. Ouch. That's not just complicated, that's emotionally devastating. But here's what really got me: the sisterhood between Wenya and Jiang Ning. Wenya spoils Jiang Ning 'immensely.' She brings 'color and joy' to her despondent life. And for Jiang Ning's sake, she's willing to 'deal with Prince Jing.' This isn't just friendship. This is the kind of bond that makes me question everything about the world this story is building. And Jiang Ning herself—she's running laps at night, building her body, planning to draw blueprints for paragliders and fire lances. She's not just surviving, she's preparing for war. 'She couldn't build airplanes or cannons, but things like hang gliders, parachutes, fire lances, or handguns were certainly worth a try.' This woman is turning her modern knowledge into weapons and I am HERE for it. The Zhang Tao subplot also got me. He's newlywed, he showed too much concern for Concubine Jiang, and Gu Jianshen basically tells him to go spend time with his wife. It's a warning wrapped in kindness. This man manages an entire household of shadow guards and he's playing 4D chess with everyone's emotions.
