I love the concept, the plot...nice. Can't wait for it to be completed ...
do you plan on updating?
and also master haselwood that gave Leon the potential energy... it wasn't clearly stated what power level he was in.. it would have been nice to see Leon come up against someone so strong that it would take the intervention of master haselwood to defeat him...
Loving it author
The issue with this novel is that the early story is too bland. It's not about poor writing; it's still readable, but the slow pace, lack of an antagonist, and absence of thrilling elements make it feel unengaging.
We can see or sense that the middle to end of the story will improve, but for over 60 chapters, it's just too slow-paced with little to no thrilling moments or battles.
Because of this slow start, many readers opt to switch to other novels, and translation sites often give up on this series. Just look at how many translation websites have dropped this novel. It's impressive if you can read through to chapter 400+ without stopping, but translators need to keep up with translating one chapter per week, and even after 60 chapters, it's still mostly filler. I would probably lose interest long before reaching the midpoint of the translation.
I read up to chapter 200 and dropped. For anyone reading this, expect a lot of plot holes and inconsistencies. For example, the protagonist is an orfan( since i think it was 5) who lived in a cruel world where the strong prey on the weak, and he managed, somehow, survive to late teens when he enrolls in an academy. You might expect him to be someone more careful, decisive, who values the things and opportunities he got and THINKS BEFORE HE ACTS, but you would be wrong. He is as much of a young master as the actual young masters of the stories, with the only 3 differences being his lack of etiquite, his"moral" standing and a money obsessed personality. There are times when the plot armor is so obvious and thick that i wonder why didnt the author just straight up write "plot armor here". The only decent things are fights descriptions and the writing. The story is just an amalgamation of every possible cultivation novel cliche you can think of.

It's not really that simple, all of this is built on the very first basic premise that Klein was able to whisk everyone away from wherever they were and gather them above the fog. This was the most unshakeable foundation upon which Klein built a lot of b*llsh*t which makes it possible for others in the LotM world to believe him more easily. His first move itself was out of their scope of imagination so the follow up is understandable.
In the whole LotM world that was shown in book 1, THO was the only other organisation which was able to have a gathering as supernatural as Tarot Club so it makes sense that the other members were easily accepting of Klein's words.
Saying that the TC members easily accepted anything Klein said just like that is doing disservice to characters like Hanged Man, Magician, Hermit and Star. While some members are truly gullible towards Klein (Justice, Sun), there were also others who were actually careful about such matters.
