Ig the stacking continues until it hit 1k... No cap
I'm someone who constantly avoids chinese novels specially cultivation novels, but this comment made me interested in this novel... Since I'm not in the mood to continue LOTM yet and I'm still stacking shadow slave chapters, I am looking for a casual light read, so I'll give this one a shot. Looks like a fun read based on this comment
Nooooooo...
Pojo satoru chan, my blue eyed chubby panda don't leave me ??
I can't take this shot no more ?
Chinese MC, goes back in time and corrects his past and picks up a bunch of beauties along the way, typical faceslapping novel
It I one of the best cultivation novels I've read and this novel alone is one of my most favorite list.
And this is the best ml I've ever seen... if any girl even gets the thought if harming the FL the only thing he does is... kill without mercy. Such ml are rare.
Although it's very long with hella amount if chapters but for me it was worth it!
Apologies for my poor English beforehand. I primarily rely on translation tools to communicate. Initially, I was drawn to this due to the manga's intrigue. I started reading from Volume 8 of the light novel version and then went back and reread the webnovel up to Volume 16.
Despite realizing the plot inconsistencies, I somehow managed to endure until Volume 16. I can overlook world-building explanations, excessive descriptions of food, character development, the主角 being Japanese and the praise for Japanese culture, even the convenient skills that pop up when needed (like gaining Heat Resistance). However, the one aspect that significantly detracts for me is the main character's personality – his poker face and passivity, which I find unappealing. He tends to ignore potential problems until they escalate and then tries to clean up the aftermath, even when dealing with ruthless criminals. His non-violent stance, treating such villains as ordinary thieves, rubs me the wrong way.
The story lacks depth, with a repetitive pattern of food, adventures, food, harem management, and getting involved in messy situations. It's hard to pinpoint any redeeming qualities since the narrative itself is plain and convoluted in many parts.
In summary, while there are a few enjoyable elements, the protagonist's personality and the repetitive nature of the story prevent me from giving it a higher rating.
"Circumstances of a Fallen Lord" is a重生小说 that delves deep into a common theme often overlooked by others - time travel. It tells the tale of a naive nobleman enticed into deserting his duty during war, leading to a悲惨 fate as a beggar on the streets.
I looked at the raws and there seems to be one more chapter before this novel ends, so I'm guessing this has been axed. Can the translator at least finish translating the last chapter so that people know this novel is completed?
Translator's thought in Book 2 Ch. 74 'Oh my god I hate her so much you guys.'My thought, 'me too ?'

This book is fairly dumb. Not consistent and plot is bad. The MC is very unintelligent, family situation is ridiculous (who has a family like that and still goes to pay their debts and treat them with kindness? MC has no awareness or tack, she falls into traps easily and it's so unbearable to read.
