I absolutely love this book! It's my first time reading a cultivation novel by this author, and it's fantastic. I finished it in just three days. As a big fan of the author, while my favorite book is still "Malicious Empress," this one is a very close second. I really hope they make a movie out of this book!

Sadly it is now finished. Although the story offers room for continuation, it unfortunately ends when he overcomes his trauma.
The author did mention that he thought about making a second part to the story after this one (if I remember correctly), but that happened years ago, so sadly I don't think we can expect it to be continued :/
But anyways, it was a good story nonetheless and I liked how realistic (at least to me) his mental condition was depicted.

I somehow recommend Swallowed Star cuz it became like extremely good later on (not par with these though, that's for sure) No plot armor, MC's luck is only above average, everyone wants to kill him, but you might doubt some of his decisions.
