Entertaining!!!
Love the character concept, the power scaling was gripping me to keep reading, the character progression though is lackluster and simple, the overall detail in the writing was disappointing at times as I wanted to know more!
By chapter 95 I expected there to have been a personal motivation for the story and characters, but the paywall arrived too soon.
I enjoyed the hints of the war to come and the innocence of the character, again read up to 95, but I would expect there to be a twist by the end of the school ark going into the missions and war stories and all the characters having met in school leading to natural encounters and world progression.
Overall fun and enjoyable but it didn’t grip me enough to spend time on it over other novels in the genre.
Keep at it author, can’t wait to see how far your writing improves in the future!!

I was really hoping for a good read the start felt like it could be something great but immediately felt like events either picked up too quick or become too outrageous too quick. a chara change that happens midway through due to an upgrade just seems random in how it happens. most of the novel instead of feeling like an innkeep tending to his inn, it just feel like just another cultivation novel where the mc just so happens to have the inn system that can get him what he needs. then the choices for some of the names is really just uncreative and a turn off that made me finally stop reading. made it to chap 418. tldr: I don't recommend it

for me its probably at best 3 out of 5, idk about the story, as I kind of dropped it really quickly by like chapter 10 or something, but from what I have read so far is just some guy nitpicking Japanese society and making japan out as 'dangerous' with some sword stuff inside as well, honestly not that great, the japan that is portrayed is really anime like and not really like normal japan as you don't see yakuza members all over japan robbing and threatening civilians or Japanese police not doing anything, not only that its some Chinese dude that's nitpicking all of these things like miso soup having msg and like im super confused being like 'you Chinese right, we drink loads of stuff with msg, idk what you talking about' or something like rice 3 times a day, like my guy you don't eat rice three times a day, that's like getting an 99% in math and not getting 110% in math

You gave him speed as power, but the mc didn't even put that speed to good use at all, you simply gave him speed as op power and at the same time nerfed his iq and decisions so he don't use it to get stronger faster, u as well gave mc a soft personality so he doesn't kill people and level up faster while he actually have the system that can make him stronger if go on a killing spree and the mc could have simply kept growing up in forests and killing monsters and massacring towns or things like that while avoiding those people that want his power, but you made him go into a town and make friends and start whatever he was doing. U simply gave cool things but nerfed the mc as a whole.
Right, the first 10+ Chapters were so STUPID, CRINGE, FORCED, and LAME.The Guards' behaviour & reaction, the girl action to the MC, the old healer behaviour, the conflict, everything is so forced and stupid. THE MC haven't shown up yet after the first chapter.it gets better. But that beginning is too horrible. i'm the 'first 10 Chapters guy', and those chapters are 3 star almost 2.
