My rating for the novel leans more towards the translation due to its quality, though the disappointing ending initially frustrated me; upon reflection, it's fitting given the inevitable nature of not all stories having a happily-ever-after.
This novel is average it has its ups and downs. There is nothing new in this novel. There was not a solid ending and though it was not mentioned in description its a harem novel. i hate that part of it.

Both protagonists possess captivating personalities. Shou, a可怜又纯洁的小孩, exudes vulnerability and charm, while Gong stands as a成熟而坚定的 figure, understanding and respecting his partner's desires. Their love story is simple yet incredibly heartwarming and genuine.
Reading this novel feels like living out my dreams, albeit with a tinge of sadness. The plot is well-structured, avoiding unnecessary distractions. Compared to other works, there are fewer face-slapping scenes, as most characters surrounding the protagonists are portrayed positively.
For those on the fence, I strongly urge you not to delay – this book is definitely worth your time investment! Give it a read, and I believe you won't regret it.
