It's adorable! This lighthearted pandemic-themed novel is a delightful treat. I'm thrilled it got translated. While some might find the main character's quirks irksome, I personally find his antics endearing, as they remind me of my own thoughts. I wholeheartedly suggest giving it a read; it's charming, easygoing, and has the power to brighten your day.

I'm pretty sure the original name was 'The Healer Demands Compensation'
The story is fine and all, but the writing quality is not the best.
In almost every chapter you have dialogs like this:
-"How about all of you first announce your name?" Melody said telling them to reveal their names to her.
"Alright. "
Vincent, John, Iris, Varth, Leilani, and Nevis revealed their names to the fairy, taking several seconds to do so. -
You often have a lengthy exposition to a topic, then somebody mentions it in almost the same words and then you get a reply often in the same style. So you read the same words 3 times in a row. The example above is just one without spoilers, but once you notice this pattern, it gets exhausting to read.
Also, dialogues are far too "detailed". Where a normal, short answer would be the norm and perfectly fine, here you have long answers with all the details so the conversations dont "feel" like conversations normal people would have.
biggest confusion, are both eyes red or is it heterochromia because they keep saying red eyes plural but I swore it was purple and red like the cover
Ohh QT stand for Quick transmigration. Usually there's one MC who transmigrate to different worlds thus we can read about different world settings just like this one.

Chap. 74, i'm done with this, that development is so stupid that i felt like i'm losing brain cell. Not to mention he's still not using magic, only magic sword for Extra damage, that's really boring.

Everything is incredibly dull, my friend. The lack of direction and the one-dimensional protagonist who lacks ambition and spends their days unproductively are not acceptable justifications for a slice of life story. Adding new characters who interact minimally and then suddenly become like family doesn't solve the issue. Instead of having chapters dominated by the MC's monotonous ramblings, it would be more engaging if there were meaningful interactions between the characters.
