Current I am reading renegade immortal. It will take some time to get better ( around 240s ) . But still even the worst part of renegade immortal Is better than other cultivation novels.
The prologue I recently encountered was truly exceptional, evoking a heartfelt and bittersweet emotion that touched my soul. It left me with a tender moment in my eyes. Honestly, I would love to see this narrative continue with a single female protagonist, as the connection between the characters is undeniable. However, the title itself hints at a harem theme, which is somewhat disappointing. I do hope the author navigates the complexities of the star-crossed lovers' relationship in the upcoming chapters without compromising the emotional depth they've established.
This is an incredibly overused and clichéd novel, filled with every trope you can imagine. The plot is mildly engaging but the characters are shockingly predictable. The protagonist is decent, though her beauty is excessively emphasized and seems to be her only notable trait. The interactions between the mother and son are, however, quite endearing.
My main issue with the book lies in its one-dimensional male lead. He is an epitome of cliches, from his deep voice to his dramatic sighs, his mysterious gaze, cool demeanor, profound actions – it's like he's a complete iceberg that's suddenly melted by the female lead. This level of predictability and cliché ultimately drove me away from the story.
