So, it's been over 500 chapters since my last review and I couldn't be happier with how this novel is progressing. Every aspect of this novel has gotten better by leaps and bounds compared to my last review (it might still be pinned, not sure). I'll break it down below.
Writing Quality - 4.75 Stars: Everything is more fleshed out now. The fights are more intense and detailed, the interactions feel more real, and everything is more descriptive.
Update Stability - 4.9: I think the author may miss a day every so often but it's usually on point.
Story Development - 4.5: As more details get uncovered and secrets get wrapped up, even deeper mysteries are found and personally, I'm loving the direction it's heading right now.
Character Design - 5: This went from one of the lowest rated to the highest. I won't spoil anything but as the story progresses, you are taught that the line between the "heroes" and the "villains" is very thin, almost non existant. Mistakes have consequences and no one is omnipotent. Everyone has a motive that keeps them moving and even the emotions of the regular soliders and citizens get their own time to shine.
World Background - 4.5: Again, going from the lowest rated category to something amazing. The surroundings are detailed, the lives of the people in the federation and Abyss get more detail, and more about what lies beyond the current war is getting unveiled as the story progresses.
Honestly, all I can say is it's amazing how far this novel has come and I HIGHLY suggest you all give it a read!

The plot and the story is something new for me, I did not expect a non-human MC (demon), at the moment the development of this is going very well, especially the part of the fights, brutal and fast. The world is also new, the extent of its technology is unknown, but it would not be surprising if they had spaceships.so far all very entertaining. keep it up, author-kun.

Oh lord. This is horrendous.As the synopsis says, MC's wife joins a television show. The wife does something first half of the chapter. The audience mock her for the next half. This continues on for a while. Whilst this is happening you have the MC moaning about how much he hates his privileged life - that wealth and power means nothing to him. He would rather just live an ordinary working-class life till the day he dies. Just from hearing this, experienced readers should know it's a tragedy waiting to happen. And indeed, it's really tragic alright! For hundreds of chapters you have this MC with obvious mental illness of staying low-key whilst he, and his loved ones are mocked - only for the situation to somehow or other, reveal that he is in-fact...the world's richest man. It's the worst type, m@sochistic I'd say, type of power fantasy. This author loves underestimated face slapping shtick a bit too much. I initially thought the reviews were exaggerating how bad it was. No. It's much, much, worse!
It's a novel that follows the typical tropes, none of the characters have any significant intelligence and they all act the way you expect them to act. If you're able to turn your brain off while reading this you'll probably enjoy it. Otherwise, if you're like me who has read these tropes to death it's boring and predictable.
