This novel had a really promising start…but! The author is too smart for his/her own good. They refused to take the simple and straightforward path.
Everything has to be overly complicated and convoluted, it takes too many turns. Instead of moving on with the plot, the author keeps adding random side quests. Many time while reading, I stopped and asked what's the point of this part/arc?
There are more problems with this novel but i’m too lazy to write them all.

I remember reading this a long long time ago, like 4 to 5 years long ago, but honestly it could've been so much better if the author just made more chapters instead of rushing the ending like he did, at least this should have 1000 chapters for this to reach it's full potential, it's a shame I'll never see this novel being worked on more since it's completed but hopefully the author will one day do something similar and even better than this lovely novel.

In summary, the book is enjoyable despite not being filled with intense tension or fear. It primarily revolves around the main characters (MC and ML) transmigrating to various worlds where the ML assumes the role of a horror villain, while the MC serves as cannon fodder. Many "players," who are morally questionable, seek to kill the ML and often mistreat the MC, which fuels the ML's anger.
The relationship between the MC and ML is sweet, with the ML attempting to win the MC's affection and considering their feelings. The ML displays a yandere (hurt-me-to-get-to-you) personality, but both characters are fiercely loyal to each other. The story features multiple arcs in different worlds and characters, with some being more engaging than others; personally, the first and fourth arcs stood out.
The MC demonstrates intelligence, though not necessarily cunning, and empathizes with the ML's actions, even if they involve violence. The ML is a classic yandere, solely devoted to the MC.
However, the narrative occasionally switches abruptly, causing confusion, particularly when shifting to the "players' perspective." Another issue is that the story concludes abruptly after the characters confess their love, without delving into their lives afterward. A more detailed epilogue would have been appreciated. There were also moments of confusion and plot holes that resolved in the ending, which was satisfactory yet somewhat predictable.
