It's rare for an action romance novel to have a good romance. It almost always seems superficial, sudden or changes the characters a lot (not in a pleasant way)

I dropped after chapter 1 it shows the author doesn't know things. If the mc was hurt and in a hospital they wouldn't have been flown to another country then put in another hospital for months. That wouldn't be allowed for medical reasons
