Although the story may not be the most compelling, the author's intention was to create a lighthearted tale with a touch of plot and unexpected turns. The fact that the reincarnation world is both a BL and otome game adds an interesting twist. There were moments of suspense that kept the reader engaged, but the ending felt somewhat rushed and disconnected, especially with the protagonist leaving the academy abruptly. Despite that, the story has a satisfying conclusion, granting the desired happy ending.
This is an amateur author's work, where the focus is on creating a fluffy narrative. Don't come expecting deep characters or intellectual challenges; simply enjoy the pampering of the main character (MC) by the love interest (ML), and watch as the initially perceived antagonist becomes a beloved figure due to his unexpected charm. The MC is portrayed as somewhat naive, which is common in reincarnation stories, and while other characters might have more engaging personalities, that's part of the fluffiness.
Ultimately, whether you'll enjoy this story depends on your preferences. If you seek a strong, inspiring protagonist, you might be disappointed. However, if you're looking for a simple, feel-good read with minimal thinking required, this could be perfect for you. Personally, I found it entertaining, as I enjoy this particular genre of trashy novels, although that's a subjective opinion.
