I am not denying the validity of your opinion as once again it is your own so this is actually for anyone who is new to the novel and is on the fence.
It is scarily fun giving a unique and fresh experience into the world of fantasy with various factors being handled exceptionally well in my opinion from world building, to plot and even side character development.
Maybe its just bcoz I am a major fan of this general genre of fantasy but I genuinely enjoyed it and would encourage anyone new to this to at least try reading it for themselves.

The novel is pretty good. Other than the whole reincarnation B.S it's a nice read.
And my personal take on it is that the book actually uses the hunter theme pretty well.
It's not about dungeons and inter dimensional portals, Just about a guy that hunts monsters while looking for his sister.
I personally recommend it if you are looking for a nice hunter theme novel that's different from the rest of stories out there then this is just for you.

Honestly this is just a waste of time .The novel has a lot of mystery elements which drives the story forward for which u will be looking forward to for a loooooonng time and then it just ends with like half answered.it could have had a good ending with a few more chapters but it doesn't it just ends. Around a month later, the author decided to revise the narrative, renaming it "Those Days Master Raised Me." The revised version, starting with its first chapter posted in March, replaced the original February translation. Not only does the title differ, but the new edition now consists of five chapters.

For now, I'd like to mention that the "slice of life" theme is very evident in this manga, which contributes to its slower pace. Although I started with the manga, I haven't delved into the novel yet, as the initial chapters didn't particularly captivate my interest.
