This series is about a white supernatural couple in a horribly toxic, abusive relationship and their few BIPOC friends who have no real desires or identities outside of serving and enabling the cringey, toxic, white power couple, or telling Kas how the abhorrent things she does are actually amazing.

What a wild and adventurous book. It has everything. S#x, humor, adventure, mystery. Alot of supernatural creatures. I am so glad the Alpha didn't abuse and reject his mate. This writer knows how to create epic romances. Plus I love the beta, Carson. He is so funny. Great job.
Interesting storyline overall but left open ended that continues into the next beta couple. Main peeve is atrocious editing as the author/editor doesn’t know how to use paragraphs. Really hard to read as don’t know who is talking. Some parts are summarized instead of actual conversation
