This Novel is So Much Fun!!!
I'm so glad I started reading it at a point where our main characters (MC and ML) are already together, though their relationship is still in its early stages.
What I truly love about this novel is how it blends comedy and adventure without delving into actual horror, despite the supernatural elements and ghosts involved.
Our couple isn't exactly a power couple or a smart couple, but they work well together and have won many challenges. The MC tends to act fierce when working as Impermanence, while maintaining a calm demeanor as an actor and in his human form. The ML, on the other hand, is calm, unafraid, and always ready to support the MC.
They don’t possess superpowers or anything of that sort. However, the ML’s calmness and protective aura, combined with the MC’s reputation and status in the underworld, along with their allies, enable them to overcome any obstacles they face.
, it’s a fun and light-hearted novel with plenty of adventure, free from actual horror and gore. It’s truly engaging and exciting! I highly recommend giving it a read!

Idk, I read it like 3 years ago, so there's bound to be some distortion in how I remember it. I do remember that it was one of the first hardcore webnovels I'd read, and I was really surprised by the uniqueness of it. I think that coupled with how long ago I read it really makes me feel like that was a great novel. However if you don't like it, that's completely fine.
Overview :
Post apocalyptic world where monster are all over the world and humans try to fight it. It's very science fiction. Like imagine a regular cultivation xianxia story and just make it sci-fi. MC is a genius (on earth). Gets good opportunity and it turns out he's only a genius on earth. In the world view of things he's like dime a dozen. A regular problem with these kinda of novels is power creep. Things get scaled up to fast too quick. Half the stuff the MC gets isn't used. However the world building is definitely good. The different worlds part of it was really interesting. That's about it, without spoiling much.

What a ride. It's such a shame the author disappeared to take care of their health after 550 chapters, with no indication whether they'll ever return or if this is it. Still a great read, just blue balls you after half a thousand chapters.
At any rate, I continue to hope the author will return again, even if they feel the need to start a completely new story instead. The world's a better place with them throwing chapters at us.
