If he hadn't been able to throw at her a punch strong enough to make her retreat a little she wouldn't have let him leave even after the one month time was ended. When he was still on earth and some of the guys at his school complained about how their girlfriends were too caring he thought they were crazy, how could you complain that someone love you too much? But now that he was experiencing the same thing, well, he could do nothing more than completely sympathize with them. She was making him crazy! There was more than one times when he thought of absorbing her to finally have some peace but, ultimately, he resisted that urge. It's real that she was too... annoying but she was because she loved him and she couldn't bear to kill someone only because it lived him too much, only a monster could do that.
