"You need to let me go, or we might end up opening your wound," she said.
"I am not letting you go this time ", he murmured.
"Am right here " She looked up to see his face.
His eyes were drowsy as he stared back.
His hand slipped to her face, caressing her right cheek.
"You're cold ", he breathed.
"Sort of "
His fingers moved to touch her lips, slightly parting them. Not moving an inch she let him continue.
Then, ascending to her nose, tracing upwards to her eyes.
But then he came back to her lips, lingering there.
"Something wrong with my lips ?" She asked.
"I want to kiss them" he replied.
"Oh..." She whispered.
"Should I ?" his gaze didn't shift from her lips as he inches closer to her face.
She wanted to move away but something held her in place.
"You're not moving away" his breath brushed over her nose.
"Should I?" mimicked.
He smiled, caressing his face against hers.
"No, stay still" he replied.
Vera did as she was told; Alec's lips touched the tip of her nose and then descended to her lips, softly pressing down on them, like he was testing her, still not sure if she wanted it.
And when she didn't, he pecked her again.
She closed her eyes as he bent lower this time fully kissing her, taking his time tasting every corner of her lips.
"Vera " he pecked her again.
"Kiss me ", she suggested, holding his neck, not letting him move away.
And he did, this time passionately opening up her mouth to his pleasure. His tongue clashed with hers as her body responded to his assault on her.
Deeper and deeper, they drowned in their kiss until she pulled away, gasping for air.
"You're okay ?" he asked.
"Mmm", she muttered.
He chuckled and exchanged their positions, pinning her down on him.
"Don't move, or you will hurt yourself ", she grumbled.
"Am fine " he went on.
Placing her hands around his neck, he kissed her again, nipping on her lower lip.
