Transformed into a Green Tea NPC in a Strategy Game

Yin Zhishu is a highly decorated professional mecha terminator in the Post-Interstellar Era, known for her cold efficiency and 99.99% clearance rate. Her life changes abruptly when she wakes up in an unfamiliar spaceship cabin, dressed in an elegant gown and high heels, having lost her memory of the last few hours. A middle-aged man informs her that her father sold her to Young Master Chen, a cruel nobleman in the Capital star cluster, for one hundred million star coins. Upon checking her reflection, Yin Zhishu discovers she has transmigrated into a holographic immersive romance simulation game called "You and My Shining Star," inhabiting the body of a despised female supporting character known as a "green tea" NPC. A system named 1001 explains that she is in a coma in the real world and must complete specific tasks to wake up. Her goal is to romance all four male protagonists of the game, raise their affection points to one hundred, and increase her "green tea" level to ten, all while managing her lifespan which is tied to green tea points.

The four male leads are Lu Yan, a cold and obsessive Federation general; Ji Fengxiao, the flamboyant and arrogant Crown Prince of the Celestial Saint Empire; Adelaide Ludwig, an aloof bishop; and Bo Yanhui, a gentle and popular actor. Yin Zhishu’s first challenge begins immediately as Young Master Chen attempts to break into her room. Remembering the original plot where she would fall out a window and be rescued by Ji Fengxiao, she decides to improvise. She jumps from the third floor, landing directly on the hood of a passing vehicle. Instead of the Crown Prince, she lands in front of General Lu Yan, who is on a covert infiltration mission in Empire territory. Despite suffering a dislocated ankle, Yin Zhishu’s professional instincts take over, and she demands a wrench to repair the damaged car engine. Her competence and unexpected behavior intrigue Lu Yan, earning her the first points of favorability.

As Lu Yan prepares to leave her behind, Young Master Chen arrives with his entourage, seeking to reclaim his "property." Simultaneously, Crown Prince Ji Fengxiao intercepts the vehicle in his golden starship, having detected Lu Yan’s presence. Yin Zhishu finds herself in a precarious position between two powerful men. To protect Lu Yan’s secret identity and ensure her own safety, she uses a system item that compels Lu Yan to obey a brief command, pulling her into the car. When Ji Fengxiao opens the door, Yin Zhishu kisses Lu Yan to create a distraction and disguise their relationship. This bold move shocks both men but successfully allows her to escape with Lu Yan, who later reveals he is injured and requires medical attention. She tends to his wounds and sets her own dislocated ankle, further deepening Lu Yan’s interest in her.

After Lu Yan departs, Yin Zhishu takes control of his vehicle, modifying it into a combat-capable shuttle. She tracks down Young Master Chen and destroys his villa, forcing him to transfer five hundred million star coins to her account as compensation. She also rescues a golden retriever that was intended to attack Chen, naming it Wang Cha. Her actions catch the attention of Crown Prince Ji Fengxiao, who has been monitoring the situation through the dog’s surveillance feed. Impressed by her defiance and beauty, Ji Fengxiao invites her to be his dance partner at an upcoming palace ball. Yin Zhishu accepts, recognizing the opportunity to gain influence. She then heads to Capital Star, determined to navigate the dangerous political landscape and complete her mission while maintaining her true identity as a lethal mecha terminator beneath the fragile exterior of the green tea NPC.
