Adam is a blind boy who was born into a powerful family in the Amberfall Empire, a place where cultivation talents are evaluated at the age of five.
Due to his disability, he was rejected by the other young members of his family. After taking the talent test, he was discarded and left to his fate.
When he was on the brink of death in a dark forest, he was rescued by Selene Ashwyn, the princess of a higher world, who was searching for something to help her escape her destiny. Selene, pitying Adam, decided to adopt him and give him her surname.
Together, they spent their days training and trying to find a cure for Adam, until, due to certain circumstances, they were forced to part ways. It was then that Adam began his journey to the top, awakening a talent like no other.
