I would rate 8 beacause there a lot of heroines MC doesn’t interest anyone. So it’s -2 for me. But you can enjoy smart and op MC not typical dumb Japanese MC so I will rate 8 for this part.

Bro what are you on about, this mc is literally a stereotypical d*mb*ss japanese loser, a Walmart version of Eminence in Shadow. And thats without even mentioning the translation, sh*ts worse despite having someone thats supposedly fine tuning after mtl; theres pure mtl versions out there that make wayyy more sense than this cr*p.
