The world is divided into two distinct populations: Humans and Irregulars. Humans, who form the bulk of the population, live in harmony with equal opportunities regardless of social standing or cultural background. However, Irregulars, a minority, face marginalization due to their supernatural abilities, which manifest either through inheritance or during adolescence, marking them as distinct and sometimes feared.
Enter three characters whose lives are about to intertwine:
1. Elliot, a foster child who unexpectedly discovers he is an Irregular. Until now, he believed himself to be human, but his reality is about to undergo a dramatic shift, exposing him to a world he never knew existed.
2. Wendy, a resolute police officer on a mission to find her missing colleague. In the course of her investigation in a restricted area, she encounters Elliot, bringing him in for questioning. Little does she know, this encounter will alter her search and potentially reshape her understanding of the world.
3. Devlon, an isolated Irregular from birth, living a life shrouded in secrecy. Now, his existence is about to come into the open, challenging the boundaries set by society that advocates for integration between Humans and Irregulars.
As societal pressures mount for integration, tensions escalate between the two factions. Each character grapples with the need for change, their actions holding the power to either foster unity or ignite new conflict between the Human and Irregular communities. The collision of their worlds promises a turning point, leaving the future of both groups hanging in the balance.
