Listening in to to the people around him, he heard them talking about how Mesa had beaten and half crippled Xiao Luocheng and how the Xiao Branch Sect guards are looking for him. Listening to these conversations him, Mesa knew that Xiao Tiannan has obviously kept the theft a secret and used the fact that Mesa had half crippled his son as an excuse to have his guards look for him.

It doesn't make sense that the MC is the heir of the duke family but is insulted like an ordinary person or a low-rankingnoble. And it doesn't matter if his family can't use magic because they should have their own people. The supervisorshouldn't have that kind of power.But the rest of the storyline is very good.PS.The characters are a little too young.(English is not my primary language.)

Thank you for the translation! Beautiful and perfect female lead, very easily outsmarting everyone. The male lead was also too OP. Not sure if there is supposed to be a biased narrative because many times, the world seems to be made for the main characters. Almost every other character could not compare to the male/female lead. Started the novel after watching some drama episodes, personally, the drama did a better job in showing why the male lead would fall for the female lead.

Fun little spooky tail,Enjoying the bild to this story. It's got an interesting plot and I can wait to see how it's developed. Some parts have this haunting feel like you know he just drops hints at lore but you have no idea how.
