To put it simply. It starts well but becomes very disappointing and kept getting worse as you keep reading. I stopped at chapter 30 at first and read again to see if I misjudged that was up to 120 I couldn't read it anymore. It was simply terrible in terms of character and story development. I definitely do not recommend this. From how this is progressing, web novel representatives prefer to widen their novel number count. It doesn't matter if it is good quality or not. That's what I am seeing anyway.

When the summary somehow says everything a nothing at the same time. It's really a wonder if the chinese authors use up all their imagination on the summary before getting to the actual story.

Surprisingly not premium after the first few chapters. Qidan is notorious for going premium with no reason. Very surprised a new novel on here has 600+chapters. That alone makes me start asoing
questions about where they come from.  


But, i read way the hell too much. Even if its an iffy source, i need the
chapters to feed my addiction

the only thing i can say, is "**** you" >_> 650 chapters in 2 or 3 days of those 500 in paywall... how the hell do you expect me to read the novel? even with 10 accounts i will need like 2 months to reach to the chapters we are now, and that without the translator uploading more.... seriusly i will not read this novel for a long time until i finish all the novel that im reading right now.

I have read the story until Chapter 684 before it was taken from gravitytales.com and I can assure you that the storyline, the background of characters and the sudden twist and turns will just get better and better :)

The start is a little rough, yes, but once the main character gets a little stronger, he will meet a lot of interesting characters who will also develope, have depth and beautifully described skill sets!

I dont understand why Webnovel just stays at Chapter 635, since the novel had way above 850 translated chapters in Patreon before the removal from gravitytales.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the story, I have followed it for close to 1,5 years and it never let me down.

One thing up front: the plotting is ridiculous. It’s like an emu on crack wrote down verbatim his little brother’s ideas and tried to make them work. However, comma, it is the kind of ridiculous that is vastly entertaining. The protagonist is a pro at effing up everybody else’s crap.

Two telling, awesome details: 1) This uses more Chinese mythology ad legendary history, and more systematically, than any xuanhuan/xianxia I’ve read. 2) When the protagonist learns that past cultivation experts created pocket worlds by snipping off pieces of his world, he immediately vows, When I become a god, I’ll make those thieves give all that land back.

Fair warning: the level of misogyny is a little lower than average for a CN, but still very much there, along with the usual homophobia. If you can read past that and put your brain on low power, this can entertain you quite nicely.

There is an unbelievable release rate in one day. The story is fairly interesting to those who enjoy the Kingdom Build genre, and the use of war and military genre is also fused into the story. It is a little forceful as if there is something that must be said, but the story pace is slow enough to enjoy and not too many time skips are included. Thanks for translating.
