Jarod's life was bound by the constraints of mediocrity, as he faced a grim diagnosis of a terminal illness that would cut his lifespan short at only twenty-six years. With only six months left, he decided to take a sabbatical from work, seeking to embrace the world and make the most of his remaining time before his inevitable demise. Unfortunately, his dreams were shattered on a frigid night when a mugger robbed him, further highlighting his lack of significance. But fate unexpectedly intervened. When Jarod regained consciousness, he found himself transplanted into the body of Milo von Brithuels, the third son of a noble count in a fantastical realm - a world he had only ever read about in books. Now given a second chance, he vowed to break free from his former limitations and strive for greatness for the very first time.

Not a bad book. However, at times it felt like the author copied and pasted from somewhere else. Some editing needs to be done because the author used first person and third person in the same sentence. Also, there was confusion with the son’s age and his mom’s pregnancy timeline at times.
