Currently my favourite active book. I am a big fan of all the Er Gen works and Pursuit of Truth does not fail to deliver. Containing the mystery and flavour of Er Gen's I Shall Seal The Heavens and the doom and gloom of Renegade Immortal, Er Gen has succeeded in creating a book that in the future can proudly stand at the forefront of the Chinese Immortal Genre. starts of good, then after about 80 chapters author forces drama and tries to make mc look resolute and cool....

sadly it comes over as incredibly childish and bratty, really out of character and annoying, all at the same time.

killed the story for me.

There's no repetative plot going bros. And the story is just on another level. The story is very serious and dark, so thinking that it might have some comedy just pass it, the story progress is great.So, its a great story, must read.

A must read. Not your typical I slap you every other chapter novels ( liberty of heaven path - webnovel modify the dam vote, i.e + other). Don’t bother voting in here.
