This is a review up to chapter 53.

I was a little doubtful at first, because the beginning was quite abrupt, the reaction of the MC was completely unrealistic, and it seemed very fast paced. But as the novel picked up and things progressed, I was actually really intrigued and could not put this down, wanting to see more of the development of the civilization in the sandbox. The introduction of a smaller sandbox with players was actually fascinating as well, although I had my doubts at first, I actually really liked what it added. In general, I would say this is very much the type of novel I enjoy, and though the beginning was rough, it ended up being very interesting and well written I think. I really, really, really hope this is selected for voting.

well this novel is finally here. this novel is way better than low dimension game because mc does not only create a game for earth people to enter his world (farm) but also create new species that is totally unheard of.

Its somewhat reminiscent of Low Dimensional Game except MC seems more human and he has a goal unlike LDG’s MC. Our MC has taken control of a hive of insects that allows him to basically run a miniature version of history.

Finally it is get translated. I'm sick of mtl but sadly it has a high chance that it will not get picked................................ ......

Isnt this "Shepherding Humanity"? So thats why they didnt update for quite a while, What i hate to think is that if this wont get PICKED( which is a high possibility) then i guess we will have another black mark on Qidian

Mixing of the game world with the sandbox will ultimately kill this novel. It will give birth to the 'shameless' protagonists that we all know and love. This will eventually destroy any consequences the actions had.

The story will ultimately boil down to a xianxia. if only he just watched the world develop without adding protagonists into the story.

oh such a lovely story destroyed by having to add an unlimited number of players.

It turned out great at the beginning, I had high hope for this to turn out into a masterpiece but I was wrong.

After the free chapters, the translation quality goes downhill, though if you read MTL novels daily then it is still better than that.

Also in less than 200 chapters, the story goes into the traditional Chinese cultivation.

Can someone tell me if it did not go into that direction in near future chapters? Though I doubt it because this is a Chinese translated novel
