It has many of our favourite tropes—ladykiller in love, green tea bitch, puppy love, new old flame, the one that got away—and Pupa is sensitive enough to keep them enjoyable rather than overwrought and contrived.Nonetheless it was a real pity that he did not call Pierre a mother fucker.
