I'm going to assume you intended to take a break and it turned into an extended hiatus on this work. probably started writing another book? or maybe you didnt know where to go from here and didnt want to drop the quality writing just to churn more chapters out? Either way, I really enjoyed the story. There was more character growth in this short 200 chapter story than quite a few 1000 plus chapter xianxias... the story telling just seemed to improve with each chapter too. I found myself engaged and engrossed with the story, to the point where I didn't even notice the many grammatical issues. My absolute favorite part was the constant introspection of the main character. it really made the character come to life, and made me care for his struggles. While the world building was the weakest part of the story besides the grammar issues, it was not that bad and certainly served its purpose for the story. I wish you all the best Author, and maybe you will one day come back to this novel, inspired, and write it to a satisfactory conclusion. Afterall, we didn't even get to see Ayda meeting Dearie before it cut off! i looked forward to some cat fights between the two haha
