When a mysterious voice announces that their class has been selected to participate in a game of life and death, the students of Class 3-B are shocked and terrified. They are transported to a mysterious school in a remote island, where they are given bracelets that monitor their vital signs and poison capsule that will detonate inside them if they break the rules. As the game begins, some students try to cooperate, some try to escape, and some try to kill.
