Lyrica Hale, the wife of Derek Hale, teaches Musical History at Beacon Hills High School. She's a werewolf, bitten and turned at the age of 14. The day she was turned, a mark appeared on the base of her neck, replacing the nasty bite. She had no clue what it was, a confusing black triskele with a bunch of letters around it. She tried to ignore it, until she met Derek and Laura Hale when she was 16, and everything fell into place. Lyrica and Derek move from their happy home in Ohio back to the place that brought Derek so much pain, when his older sister, Laura, calls for help. Lyrica and Derek were never used to being around a lot of people. So, understandably, they're a little overwhelmed when so many teenagers begin relying on them. //Hello! If you haven't read the story, that's okay! This one is more or less the same, just fixed up and written better.
