She took a deep breath and she slowly climb down. Before she fell down to the ground. She stepped in the cobblestone street that ran the length to the most famous hotel. She cut the rope, which no one should notice.

"Carl, if you don't answer, we'll give you a zap-zap."

The author did a fantastic job of making me despise a character we haven't even met yet, I'm rooting for ray. The world feels incredibly dark and unforgiving,   just hope the MC is clever, strategic, and resilient enough to not fall in these dangers or letting harm come to those in his group.
