Lyra, an anxious young woman in Port-Louis, France helps her father, a successful businessman, restore and refurbish an abandoned hotel with the idea to get it running again; however, finding even hired hands to help is a challenge due to ghastly tales told about it. "L’Hôtel Hanté", as the locals call it, is a promising hotel and business venture but is the possible payoff worth the mysterious risks that present themselves to those who dare climb past the first floor?
