I was reading this as a favor to the author but I must say I am incredibly impressed. The use of vivid imagery combined with just right amount of action keeps my interest throughout the entire prologue. I am curious to see this Ojero and what he us all about. But still, so far I am very impressed with his story telling and world building abilities. Well done. Just one critique, what does Lazarus look like?

Fucking amazing....From the very first page, the novel drags you into a world where morality blurs, and justice is anything but clean. The protagonist, driven by deep-seated rage, embarks on a chilling path of retribution, one that is as mesmerizing as it is terrifying. The writing is sharp and immersive, painting a grim atmosphere that lingers long after you’ve turned the last page. Twists are masterfully woven throughout the story, ensuring that nothing—and no one—is ever as it seems. As the lines between victim and villain fade, the novel forces readers to question their own sense of right and wrong.
