Alastair Kurenai has departed from his home on Earth to a world named Nachima. There, he will face The Liberators, an organization intent on using his key to free the worlds from their dependence on Key Keepers. For someone raised in a family of Key Keepers, this isn't exactly new territory. What kid doesn't aspire to be like their older siblings? But this ambition comes with a price, one that makes Alastair yearn for home. Nonetheless, he must restore order to the world before he can realize his dream of returning to his family.
