The redeeming aspect of this book lies in the interactions between the main character (MC) and his wives, although, from my perspective, they could be more engaging. Everything else, from world-building to action sequences, is commendable. It's worth mentioning that the translation is well done, kudos to the translator.

To be truthful, I had finished reading this story on an alternative platform, and I found it quite engaging. However, from Chapter 100 onwards, the narrative shifts its focus more towards war and its aftermath. Although there are chapters dedicated to character relationships, they seem less captivating compared to the first hundred chapters.

As I delve deeper into the raw scans, I have to admit that by mid-way, I find myself losing interest in the main female characters – not because they are poorly developed, but personally, they just don't resonate with me. There's a consistent longing for a romantic connection between Adam and Berg, as Adam seems to be the only one capable of truly making Berg happy, at least in that part of the story. Overall, though, it's an enjoyable read, and I would encourage others to give it a shot.

4. The heroine eventually realizes her mistake and regrets it.
5. The story concludes with a resolution.

This formula seems to be prevalent in the author's previous works like "Why Are You Becoming Villain Again" and "Pretending To Have a Girlfriend," where misunderstandings drive conflicts that could have been resolved through open communication. I find the MC's camaraderie with his fellow mercenaries, specifically their friendship, more engaging and interesting to read about.
