Some rich world building. The pacing can be faster. I am still waiting to find out what happened to Josh. Not really interested in Alena. Kalli sounds like a cool character, I will be rooting for her. Good luck for next volume
A very interesting start. I normally don't provide comments especially in the first few chapters but this one intrigued me enough and pulled my sympathy for the FL that I couldn't help but respond.
