Hexin is an actor from Blue Star in the twenty-second century who transmigrated into the universe of his hit mythological drama, God of Gods, assuming the role of the Sun God. He is bound to a Divinity Awakening System that converts faith into power, allowing him to unlock character cards and eventually return home. His first summonable form is the Sun God, which manifests the legendary Sun City and grants him dominion over light and solar energy. Xia Ze, a dedicated 3S-class warrior from the impoverished Baihe Star, becomes the first human to successfully enter the Divine Domain, a ruined pocket dimension where ancient gods once ruled. After surviving an encounter with primal beasts, Xia Ze witnesses the awakening of the Sun City and the descent of the Sun God, whom he recognizes from ancient texts. Hexin identifies Xia Ze as his anchor in the mortal world and brings him back to Baihe Star during the planet’s Primordial Festival.

During the festival, Hexin observes the local customs and the reverence held for the gods, noting the striking similarities between the stage performances and his own past life’s production. The celebration is interrupted by a crisis in the B7 Star Sector, where the Celestials—a race of emotionless, god-forged war machines—face an ambush by Abyssal creatures. The Celestials prepare to activate Open Heaven, a planetary-scale attack that threatens to destroy Baihe Star as collateral damage. Hexin intervenes by firing a divine solar arrow that absorbs the Celestials’ attack and annihilates the enemy forces. The display of power triggers an unprecedented emotional response in the Celestials, causing them to experience tears and confusion for the first time in ten thousand years. Their vanguard leader, Minta, grabs the arrow and demands to be taken to their creator.

Hexin brings the Celestials to the Divine Domain, where they reunite with their ancient kin and the spirits of the old generation. He restores part of their holy city within the domain, advancing his goal of reviving the Divine Domain to its former glory. Meanwhile, on Baihe Star, rumors of the Sun God’s descent cause political tension with neighboring planets that dismiss the claims as fabrication. The Celestial Reconnaissance Division arrives on Baihe Star to investigate the disappearance of their vanguard, confronting Xia Ze and threatening him with weapons. Hexin appears before them, instantly subduing the entire elite unit through his divine presence. The Celestials, overwhelmed by the return of their creator, abandon their combat protocols and follow Hexin, solidifying their devotion. Xia Ze witnesses this display and confirms the god’s identity to the local scholars, bridging the gap between the ancient myths and the current interstellar reality.
