"I shouldn't have done that." I whisper as I look at him. He looks at me, unamused, unfazed. "What?" He sighs, before staring in my eyes as he holds a blank expression. "What exactly are you apologizing for? Because there are many things you could be apologizing for." He starts strongly before sighing. "And you know what the worst part is? I'll forgive you. I'll forgive you even if you were to hold a gun to my head." He says sadly, pain and hurt shadowing in his eyes. His voice breaks at the end as he lets out those words. My heart shatters looking at him like this, knowing I'm the reason behind it. "I'm so sorry.." I know I don't deserve his forgiveness, I know I don't deserve him. But I just want to put my faith in our fate, just like he has done all this time.

10/10 Definitely recommend. This is a great story, and with it being significantly less chapter than I usually find on this app, I’m glad I could read it as I enjoyed it so much. I felt so many emotions while reading that I’m shocked at how intense they were. The writing is so beautiful ...️...️

When he was in the ground, the first thing he usually ate was feet, and he'd pull people down and think they were cows. It was unfortunate that the worm had such an appetite, and it still seemed to linger somewhat.
