A high school boy who's down on his luck and cursed his fate of thinking he is a "failure", He wishes for a way to overcome it, a way to see it before it happens, then one day a faint flash of light changes things and his wish came true and now possessing the powers of time he must practice how to use it to make his life more easier.... Later he loses his parents to an unknown assaliant who wanted his powers and would use any means to get. Devastated he seeks revenge but doesn't know where to start, he joins a group lead by a mysterious man to find out who did it.
