Arylan lives her life without knowing about her memory loss. She grows up with her grandmother who keeps this secrete from her for almost half of her life, she has no idea about her fathers death, or her mothers disappearance. Arylan is accompanied by her pain in the butt best friend Eric who supports her emotionally, Aiden her new high school friend falls in love with her risking their friendship and all that they have. Arylan is faced with the secrecy of her grandmother as well as the abruptness of her so called grandfather who she has no relation with. She suffers many losses, but doesn’t allow it to consume her…18 isn’t as fun as it sounds.
