In a futuristic research facility during the late 21st century, a scientist named Doctor attempts to inject Experimental Subject No. 1 with an untested substance called Gamma One. The subject, a woman who was kidnapped as an orphan and subjected to years of brutal experimentation, awakens during the procedure. The drug liberates her enhanced physical abilities but also triggers a violent rebellion.
