Aleck, an avid fan of fantasy stories, built his career as a successful web novelist —dungeons, gates, and realms filled with peril. Unlike many of his peers, he focused on the harsh realities and consequences of such adventures, understanding that while these tales could be exciting, they masked the terrifying truths of living in such worlds.
In real life, Aleck was content. His wife and daughter were the center of his world, his greatest source of happiness. But fate had other plans. Without warning, Aleck and a few others are summoned to a parallel realm, chosen as the Titans to save a dying world. Betrayed and cast into the void due to his seemingly useless skill "Forget", he is left to wander through darkness.
