I slumped down a wall, feeling severely weak after getting shot. who would've thought I would go out like this?
When I opened my eyes again I thought I would either find myself in the hospital or the afterlife but instead, I found myself in the bottom deck of a ship...in chains at that!
At first, I thought it was a wild-ass Lucid Dream but the sound of cannon fire and swords clashing woke me out of those foolish thoughts.
It was then that I realized that while I did die it doesn't seem that I reincarnated but instead got sent back in time.
It wouldn't be until later that I found out that I was sent back in time to the Golden Age of Piracy. But it turns out that things went nowhere near the way history portrayed it.
