It has a good starting point and might even have a chance to explode in the future, but there are too many grammatical errors, etc. Of course, I am not good at it too but it would've been better if it was good enough, at least where you don't find it hard to read.
I hope the author will find an editor but you can also use this to hone your writing skills. Good luck!
