In order not to break his promise, he begins searching for a wife, all he because he wants to fulfill his grandfather's promise.

Chán xīn is an ordinary girl who wants to cater for the needs of her poor parents, and her four siblings.
She does everything she can, in order to support her family but nothing seems to be working until she meets Yúan Yún.
He proposes a contract for them to get married, and he promises to pay off her debts, and take care of her family, and also a condition; not to fall in love.
Chán Xīn accepts the contract, desperate to save her family from numerous debts.
Months later Chán Xīn finds out she has breached the contract, and has fallen in love with Yuán Yún.
He is disappointed in her, and files up for a divorce. She divroces him, runs out of the city, and never comes back.
